17. I am a VERY VERY responsible adult. My father was an alcoholic all of my years growing up and my mother was VERY VERY physically abusive all of my years. They were BOTH verbally abusive. As an adult now I have control of my life and have a good life without either parent in my life. Life is about choices and this sorry excuse for a human life has made her choice to be a piece of garbage. She has made her own choice to be out of control. Life is ALL about choices and this is the choice she has made. Hopefully she will be put away for a VERY VERY long time before she kills an INNOCENT person. She deserves NOTHING except for hardtimes and heartache because she needs to pay for her actions.

20. While I agree that her parents might not be the best in world, LiLo is an adult, and at some point it's time to stop blaming the parents. Many people, myself included, have had a horrible childhood, but they overcome it.

21. Stop it! Just stop it already!!! At age 15, lots of teenagers are mature enough to refrain from SEX, ILLEGAL DRUGS, and SNEERING AT THE WORLD around them. If this dork is such a wise man, why didn't he do the job he was paid to do - guard Lindsey from sex abuse and illegal drug dealers? I figured so ...... he is a part of the sleazy bottom feeders.

In what book of psychology does it state that just as soon as a kid developes some boobs 'n tush she needs to go hit the clubs and morph into jail-bait? Annette Funicello, a former mouseketeer, more beauty, more talent going for her than most of today's wannabe starlets, yet, never made a trashy spectacle out of herself the way this generation - Lindsey, Britney, Nicole, Paris, Rumor and other semi-nudes do.

27. I am so sick of hearing that the parents are at fault for the life their kid chooses for themselves. There are probably millions of us that came from verbally, and physically abusive homes. Alcoholic and drug addicted parents. Dirt poor, hungry, and alot of us homeless. If anything....this puts the focus and determination on making a better life for ourselves when we are able to leave. Also, we alway want our kids to have soooo much more than we had. This girl had the most cushy life anyone could imagine. She grew up self centered, selfish, spoiled and unappreciative. She needs to be dropped down a few notches. I don't hold any hope for her. She doesn't want to change yet. She is to much into the party scene, and loves her life. I hope she goes to jail. And not for days, but for months. I guess they will have to kill someone before they serve any helpful and preventative time. She certainly is old enough to know what she's doing, and to turn her life around to be a caring, and productive young woman.

30. As far as I know, Lindsay Lohan has never blamed her parents for anything. It's the press and people who make comments in places like here who point fingers at the parents.

I also notice that many people tell about how tough THEY had it growing up, and that Lohan is spoiled and she had Everything, yak yak yak. But the kid's been working since she was four, self-supporting, you might say. So if she ate better than mac and cheese, it was her earnings paying for the better grub.

Get lives people. You're jealous. She's working on getting her life together. The only difference between her and other young people who develop substance abuse problems is that she's famous so people rant and rave and trash her, and sites like TMZ can a fortune in advertising at her expense.

I have sympathy for ANY kid--rich poor or in between-- who runs into trouble with alcohol or drugs, and I admire any of them--including the famous ones--who struggle on their own to get their lives back on track.
